Blue Palm Boutique will gladly accept returns for products in original condition with tags attached for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We do not accept returns on accessories, undergarments, or final sale items. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date your order shipped. You are responsible for the return shipping label.
How to make a return:
1.) Please email us at email@example.com and provide us with your order number and reason for return.
2.) Upon return approval we will email you return instructions.
3.) Once your item is securely packaged and ready to ship, please send it to the address provided in your return request email.
4.) Please send the return tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
*Make sure to use a trackable & insured shipping method to return your package.
4.) Once your order is received and inspected for damages please allow 3-5 business days to receive a store credit code via email.
